Dress Code: Black Top and Black Trousers

The course covers:

• Salon hygiene, sanitation, health & safety
• Structure of the nail, basic anatomy and physiology (hand and arm)
• Client consultation, contra-indications, client care
• Nail diseases and disorders
• Manicure, natural nail preparation
• Tip application, Acrylic nail enhancements
• Sculptured nails using the acrylic method
• Maintenance, rebalancing, removals

This course is designed for anyone wishing to start a career in the Nail Industry. The course is over 3 days and provides very intense hands on-training and an in-depth knowledge in topics from Health & Safety to maintenance and removal. During the course you will be expected to attain certain achievement markers, produce homework for assessment and complete case study work. If any trainee does not achieve the required grade, they will be given the opportunity to repeat the course at no extra charge, apart from the cost of products used.

All students attending this course must remove all nail extensions as students are partnered to work on each other.
